Clip art download

After downloading clip art from Microsoft Online clip art
gallery it is not appearing in the clip art gallery on my
machine.
I've found CIL gallery package files and run them all but
to no effect.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

When you click on the CIL file does Clip Gallery open and the importing
clips progress dialog appear?

Try this then click on the CIL file and see if the clips appear.

Empty your Temporary Internet Files cache
In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Delete Files.
