Clip art files

I am unable to open clip art files in Publisher or Word. I
reinstalled Publisher and clip art from Office 2000 Pro.

Still unable to access. I then copied clip art files from
the CD to My Documents, then renamed the .cag file and
pasted the download.

When I tried to access clip art from WordPad, I get the
same message: "Unable to open, reload the program."

Also it's programmed to "open with ACD systems." How do I
change it to open with another program and what program?

What error do you get when you go to Insert > Picture > ClipArt (or Insert >
ClipArt)?
What version of Windows/Publisher are you running?

You can change your viewer by right-clicking any image, properties, opens with...
change, browse to your preferred viewer.
Copying clipart from from the disk will not put the images into the Clip Gallery.
