Clip Art Gallery Problems

When I open Word and go to the Clip Art Gallery and try to
download anything, I get the message - "The Windows
Installer failed to install the program associated with
this file. Please contact your system administrator". I
then click "OK" and get a new message saying, "Access to
the specified device, path, or file is denied."

I'm using Word 2000 (9.0.6926 SP3) and Microsoft Clip
Gallery 5.0

Its possible that the files might require the Office Media cd, if its not
installed locally, you could also try Detect and Repair from the Help Menu,
or ensure that the latest Service Packs and Patches are installed. Also, go
into the Office Setup from the Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel and
install the Clip Art locally to your hard disk from the Office Setup - Add
and Remove.
