Clip Art Gallery

This issue is occurring only on one computer in a lab of 30. When the user tries to add a picture from clipart the following message occurs:

"Attempt to open database file Clip Gallery User Database failed".

I've tried to delete the Database from the Personal folder in Application Support and I've also tried deleting the Clip Gallery preferences. Nothing seems to be working.

Any ideas anyone?

Are Office & OS X fully updated on that system? What are the current
versions of each? Have you repaired disk permissions recently?

What happens if you create a new user account on that Mac & try doing the
same procedure while logged in as that user?

Also, see what happens if you hold the Shift key while launching Word.
