I've deleted all temporary files but the problem remains.
And when I have downloaded a Clip Art item from Office Online there is no
item neither in the Microsoft Clip Organizer window (which is automatically
opened after a download) or in the Microsoft Clip Organizer picture folder.
:
I haven't installed IE8 yet. Are you saying there is no way to delete
temporary
files? It would be in General tab, in IE7 there is a button "Delete...".
Click
the button and there is the option to delete files.
The downloaded clips are stored in a folder in My Pictures, named
Microsoft
Clip
Organizer.

The problem remains.
I have deleted all history. (I didn't see any option where I can empty
the
temp cache. I'm using IE 8.) My Windows firewall allows Outlook to
communicate. I can go straight to the Office site you refer to below.
And I
downloaded a Clip Art item but when the Microsoft Clip Organizer was
opened
there was no object available. Maybe a connection to the other problem?
:
Empty your temporary cache, in Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet
Options,
delete, delete files.
There should be three collections in the Organizer, My, Office & Web.
Take a look at your firewall, be certain it is allowing you access to
the
Office
site. Can you go straight to the Office site, by-passing the Organizer?

All collections. There is no other choice than all collections.
:
Is the clip organizer searching in "web collections"? You can find
that
by
clicking the dropdown in the "search in" box in the Clipart pane. Or
just
select "all collections" (everywhere) there.

since a couple of months (approx) Clip Art does not generate
any
matches.
I
search for simple words like heart and flower but no respons
from
the
Clip
Art function inside Word and Outlook. What has happened?
I have Office 2007 with all updates.
