clip art in labels

Can someone please help me insert clip art into labels,
if I'm using shipping labels (Avery # 5164) for name
badges and I want to put the same picture (different
name) on each label? I've downloaded the Avery template,
but the portrait template is set up for landscape and
vice versa. Please help!!
