Clip art in Office 2003 fuzzy when enlarged. What's wrong?

We just switched from Office 2000 to Office 2003. Now I find when adding
clip art to documents that whenever I enlarge a picture, it becomes fuzzy and
out of focus. This never happened before in our previous version.

Also, if I find the clipart online and use that, I can enlarge to my heart's
content, so there is something wrong with my own computer

Is there some setting in Office that I need to fix?

It depends on what you mean by clipart. Bitmaps (.jpg, .png, .gif etc.) will
lose resolution when you try to enlarge them. Vectors such as .wmf will not lose
resolution.

Yes, I realize that. I am talking about the clipart that is included with
Office. They are bitmaps, but I've never had a problem enlarging them in the
past. Now I can only use them as tiny thumbnail size graphics.

Some of the newer images on the Office web site are from providers. Notice when
you do a preview that a number of these pictures do not say resizable.
