clip art in office 2003

I have some windows xp machines with office 2003 with a
full installation, both installed via a network
installation and have the latest service packs/hotfixes
installed. Everything works great, but when people
install a clip art, it's slow and acts like it's looking
at the internet and not the network install, please
advise, thank you. Is there a 2nd office 2003 cd for
clip art??

There is no clip art/media disk for Office 2003.
It is looking for this online as you suspect. You can
custom install clip/media content from a previous version.
