CLIP ART No Results Found

I have been trying to add clip art images to my document but cannot. No
matter what key word I type (Insert, clip art) no images are shown and "no
results found"
Please tell me what it is that I need to do in order to get the clip art to
work from my document. I use Publisher 2003 and 2002 and have them both
installed.

You still need to be online to access almost all of the clipart for Pub 2003
regardless of the type document you are creating.

As for your cookies, try setting microsoft.com as "always allow".

I was talking about using clipart in my document from Publisher. Anyway, I
sorted that out now, when I try to access Microsoft online Clipart it tells
me that my cookies are not enabled but they are, and I cannot get to the
clipart page. What do I do?

In the Organizer be certain all the check boxes are enabled. If any of the check
boxes are cleared you will not get the results you expect.
In Clip Organizer, when you are ready to search for clips, note the settings in the
Other Search Options area. If the text in the Results should be box does not say All
media file types, follow these steps:
1.Click the arrow in the Results should be box.
2.Click to select the check boxes that you want.
If the text in the Search In box does not say All Collections, follow these steps:
1.Click the arrow in the Search In box.
2.Click to select the check boxes that you want.
