clip art not showing

I am having problems with clip art not showing up in Word
and PowerPoint on 3 of 14 Macs in my Media Center.
I have installed the clip art from the value pack and
checked the path to make sure the program knows where to
look for the clip art gallery. When I go to "Insert
picture from clip art" I get the following error. "No clip
art found. Look in the value pack for more". I have
removed the complete Office 2001 (Version 9.0) and
reinstalled it. It still will not show up. It works on the
other 11 Macs.

This problem is happening on (2) 5400/200 running OS 9.04
with 126 mb memory and an iMac running OS 9.2.2 with 256
mb memory.

Any suggestions?

Hi Jan,

Another poster found this problem was due to a particular extension
conflict. Here's what he wrote:

Wow! What a pain that was! I finally isolated my offending extension. It's
a benign little extension: A shared library called Cinstall. Now everything
seems to be working fine. Maybe I should just say that the clip art gallery
now functions as it used to. I have no idea what installer placed that
extension in my system.
