Clip Art on disc-How to east access?

I have Publisher 98 as part of Office SBE 97 and I can access the built in
clip art which is organised in groups but when I load the clip art disc it
shows me along list of clips with no organisation. How do I get this
organised in a similar manner to the built in clips?

Open the Clip Gallery, on the toolbar, Import Clips, "files of type", Clip Gallery
Catalogs, browse to the folder where you loaded the clips. The catalog files have a
..CAG extension.

Thanks Mary. I did that previously but what I am looking at is a very long
list of pictures which have not been divided into categories for easy
selection. I am sure at one time I had a window open with all the categories

Do you have the Clip Gallery 5.0?
This article is about Publisher 2000, it speaks about Publisher 98 clipart. I do
believe if you follow the steps you will probably be successful.
