Clip Art Organizer does not work

I am using Microsoft Word 2002. I cannot bring up my Clip Art. When I try I
get an error message that says: The RPC server is unavailable. I have tried
reloading the software and that did not work. I have replaced my old
computer with a new one and loaded MS Word 2002 again and I still get the
same message. Has anyone else had this problem?

Two possible solutions:
1. Make sure you have MDAC version 2.8. See

2. Rename your mstore10.mgc file as described in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/300863/en-us "Clip2002: Errors
That Indicate the Mstore10.mgc File May Be Corrupted".

This did not solve the problem. I still receive the "RPC Server is
unavailable" error message. Any other suggestions?
