clip art organizer

clip art organizer will not load properly. I receive a
message stating "specified procedure could not be found"
error 0X8007007F.

I have removed and reloaed office 2003 but I still
receive the same message.

Any suggestions?

Usually a MDAC refresh will solve your error. You should download and install MDAC
