Clip Art problem

When I invoque ClipArt I get the error msg:
"Clip gallery was unable to access a clip catalog. It
could be due to anetwork resource or remov.
device." ...etc.
It was OK before, and I just recently installed a
downloaded update to MS Office.
Unistalling and re-installing did not help. What could I
do?
