Clip Art Problems

I'm frustrated with trying to download clip art! It
never shows up where it's suppose to and I can't even
find it most of the time. When I search for clip art
while working on something icons pop up
with "dglxasset.." like a media file and no image. The
properties say what the image is but no image. It is so
time consuming to have to search manually for my images
then copy and paste them every time. I have thousands of
images I have to scroll through to find just one. I
really want some help with this! Is it a glitch or what?

This usually indicates that you need to clear your cache. If you're using
Internet Explorer, choose Tools | Internet Options and on the General tab,
click on the Delete Files... button and answer yes.
