Clip Art problems

So I download some clip art from MS and it lands on my desktop. I
can't access it via Word though. I drug it to the Office folder on my
hard drive but it still won't open.

What have I done wrong and what do i need to do to get it right?

Always a good idea to mention what version of Office, but have you tried
just double-clicking the icon on your desktop? The filename should have a
..cil extension.
