Clip Art Pub 2003

I just uninstalled Pub 2000 and installed Pub 2003. This was a complete
install, not typical. So now I ask,"Where is the clip art?" I get a dropdown
with one or two items an a whole lot of just some image with an r in it or a
red x. In previous versions of Pub. at least some of he art installed and
the rest was on the CD
