Clip art thumbnails don't show up

Bobbi

When I choose Insert>Picture>Clip Art, the little window
opens as it should, but the thumbnails show up as a
generic Windows unrecognized file icon, rather than the
clip art picture. If I select Preview from the drop down,
I can see the clip art, and I can even insert it. But it
would save time and be nice and to see them in thumbnail
view. It used to work fine, and then for (what seems) no
reason, it started having this problem.

Any ideas?

Hi Bobbi,

This can come from a bug in Internet Explorer.
See if clearing the temporary files cache
in IE then restarting your Office apps helps.
