I am using Outlook 2003 and when I want to insert Clip Art in an email
message, I generally search for it using the Clip Art panel that pops up on
the right-hand side of my screen when I go to Inserticture:Clip Art.
Normally, that will search in whatever collections you specify in the Search
in: drop-down. I have that set for Everywhere, which of course includes Web
Collections. But, on this particular computer, almost nothing is returned
regardless of what I search for or where I search for it. I have the same
problem with Word 2003 on this computer also.
On my other computers, I receive dozens of items of Clip Art from Web
Collections when I do a search, just as I used to on the computer on which
I'm having a problem.
All these computers are on the same network, are served by the same router,
and are able to connect to the internet routinely, which rules out some
problem with my network or connectivity. None of them have software
firewalls installed, so that can't be an issue.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem here may be and how to resolve
it? Many thanks in advance for any help that anyone may be able to provide.
If you do come up with something, letting me know that you've posted here by
shooting an email to me at (e-mail address removed) would be very helpful. Thanks
again...
