I have a user that is unable to insert clip art into her document. She can
see and search in the clip art organizer but when she inserts it nothing
happens in the document.

This is the way I insert clip art.

From the drawing toolbar I select Insert Clip Art. The clip art dialog box
appears on the right side of the display.
In the search for box I selected dog. When the clip art drawing appear I
double click on the drawing I want and it pasts itself into my document.

Hope this helps.

Is your user inserting from the Office web site?
Empty your Internet temp cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options,
delete files.

Thanks but this didn't work either. I do think it may have something to do
with the online clips because I was able to insert a picture that was located
in the MS Office folder. I welcome other suggestions.

Thx!

Seems to be a permission problem. I would download FileMon and RegMon from
http://www.sysinternals.com/. Run them as administrator (when no
user is connected), start a TS session as a normal user and try to
run the application.

FileMon and RegMon will show you all "access denied" errors that
occur, so that you can give your users the necessary permissions on
a file-to file or Registry subkey basis.
