Hi
Could anyone help. I work in a school and use windows XP
professional on the client machines with NT4 server. I
seem to have developed a problem with clip art which has
been fine up to now. The problem is in the Clips, sounds
and photo sections the media within these catagories have
gone. Clip art has also suffered with a few pictures
missing as well. Could this have something to do with
the virus security patches I downloaded from Microsoft
last week (although everything has been fine up to now).
The way the system is set up is the artgal32 file is sent
to the all users folder, copy of application data folder
found on the local machines, I assume then that the clip
art must be installed on the server.

Try compacting your Clip catalog and see if that helps.Are you using
Clip Gallery or Clip Organizer?
In Clip Gallery Right Click on any clip and select Recover.
In Clip Organizer go to Tools | Compact

This will attempt to repair any corruption in the catalog.
