I have Windows XP (512 mb of ram) and have upgraded to Office 2003. When I try to insert clip art, it freezes up. This is in any of the office programs - publisher, power point, or word. I have cleared the cache and temp files. On the rare occasion that it works, it is extremely slow. Please help.

Open Clip Organizer | Go to Tools | Click Compact

You can launch Clip Organizer by clicking the link in the Task Pane or Start
| Microsoft Office | Office Tools.

It still freezes no matter which way I try to open the clip art.

Did you Compact the catalog? Tools | Compact
Also Try Detect and Repair under the Help menu in Clip Organizer

You might want to update your graphics driver. Go to the manufacturer's web page and
look around for a newer driver.
