Clip Art

Does anyone know how to catalog Clip Art. I know I can
use the Clip Organizer, however I can't get it to pick up
the keywords. The reason I am asking this is that Office
2003 Small Business Edition was installed on this system
by the computer vendor and the clip art is there however
it is not cataloged and I can't find it using the normal
search.

Office 2003 came with very little clipart, I think that is the case for the Small
Business program as well. Open the Clip Organizer, file, click "Add clipart to the
Organizer", click "automatically". If there is cataloged and keyworded clipart on
your system, the Organizer will find it. If there is a media disk insert it into your
CD and point the Organizer to it, clicking "on my own". All other clipart is found

Thanks for your response, can you tell me if the dataset
Program Files/Microsoft Office/Clipart/Pub60cor is
supposed to have keywords associated with them? Thanks
