Clip Collection under Insert Picture command

In WORD 2000, when I click on Insert Picture, a see a big
list of files all of them as "Clip Collection" and I have
to scroll down a lot to get to the other commands.
Clicking on any of these Clip Collection files, takes me
to a location with clipart gallery and choosing any of the
clipart nothing happens. Checking the property of the
clipart, it
gives :E:\msworks\common\msshared\shoebox\standard.SBS

I have tried uninstalling the MS Works 2001 program but
that did not help. Please tell me how to get rid of this
enormous list under Insert Picture command.

Thanks

Go to Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the Microsoft Works
Suite Add-in for Word. You don't need to uninstall Works itself, just the
add-in. Now reopen Word, open Tools | Customize, and drag all the extra Clip
Collection entries off the menu. When you quit Word, if you are prompted to
save Normal.dot, say yes.
