Clip Gallery

Running Clip Gallery 4.0 (office 97) on a windows XP
professional (in a NT4 Domain enviroment).

Having problems opening clip gallery, when logged on as a
standard user. Error message:-

'The Clip Gallery is in use. Close the clip gallery and
try again'

or words to that effect.

Does not appear for the administrator or a user with
administrator privs.

Suspect this is a permissions/registry issue, can anyone
help?

Please remove _ and replace with . in email address...
and @ instead of AT.
