Clip organizer cannot complete the operation. Interface not regis

All of a sudden Clip Organizer stopped working for no reason at all. It
worked fine for the past 2 years or more.
Office 2003 Professional Edition - Word
Message I get quote - Clip organizer cannot complete the operation.
Interface not registered. Error code 0x80040155.
I haven't been able to find anything to help me with this and I have been
trying to get it to work for the past 4 hours now fixing it with the CD and
so on. The only thing I didn't do is unistall office and install it again.
If some one can help me, PLEASE DO!

Close Word and other open applications. Locate your OLE32.DLL
file. The default folder for this file is C:\Windows\System32.
Click on Start | Run. In the "Open" box, type:

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\ole32.dll

If necessary, replace "c:\windows\system32" with the actual path
to the ole32.dll file on your computer. Exit. Restart the computer.
