Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation.

I have a user running NT 4.0 with Office XP. When she tries to run the
ClipArt Organizer, she gets the following error:

Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation.
Interface not registered
Error Code 0x80040155

I have followed some of the other posts and have updated MDAC to v2.8,
completely removed and reinstalled Office XP and tried running regsvr32 on
ole32.dll.

When I ran the regsvr32, it returned the following error:

OLE32.DLL was loaded, but the DLLRegisterServer entry point was not found.
DLLRegisterServer may not be exported, or a corrupt version of ole32.dll may
be in memory. Consider using Pview to detect and remove it.

Does anyone have a clue as to where I should go next?
