Clip Organizer download problem

I am trying to download clips from the Microsoft Office
Online site but I can't find the clips I've supposedly
downloaded.

I don't know why they're not downloading.

Try this then download the clips again

Empty your Temporary Internet Files cache
In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Delete Files.
