I've just installed FrontPage 2002 and am working through the
tutorials in Step by Step from Microsoft Press.
Starting to do an exercise about adding clip art, I chose
Insert/Picture/Add Clips to Organizer. I got this error:
Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation.
The authentication service is unknown. Error Code 0x800706D3
I managed to get the thing going, but the clip art doesn't seem to end
up in the collections. Does anyone know why I'd get this error and
what I should do about it? I found in the Microsoft Knowledge Base a
reference to renaming mstore10.mgc to old in C:\Windows\Application
Data\Microsoft\Clip Organizer\mstore10.mgc. Tried this but still get
the error.
