clip organizer error

When using microsoft word in office 2003,and I try to
insert a picture from clipart, I keep getting the
message: clip organizer cannot complete this operation
Error code 0x80040231. If anyone has any ideals on how
to fix this, they will be greatly appreciated.

There were some fixes in the XP service pack.
Sometimes this error can be solved with an ActiveX update

even a Windows Media Player update. Your video driver could be at fault as well. It
is tough error.

Hi,
Thank you for this information, but unfortunatel after
trying these, I am still having the same problem. More
information: when starting clip organizer the error
message appears and I click ok, then the organizer comes
up, but with only office and web collections, I cannot
make a new collection, also noticed folder in my personal
folder named Microsoft Clip Organizer which has all clips
I have added and downloaded, don't know how it got into
this folder. Any further suggestions would be greatly
apprecitated, have searched everywhere for information,
please help!
