A full or custom install w/ all running from disc should solve the issue (not create it)
In FP do a repair (Help - Detect and Repair)
Note:
If you have multiple versions of office family products installed (say FP 2002 and Office 2000) the sequence of install is important
(from lowest to highest version) and officially MS does not support mixed versions on the same machine (often the common elements,
like clipart, will become corrupt)
