Clip Organizer Error

Clip Organizer gives me an Error Message: Cannot
Complete Operation, No Such Interface Supported
Error Code 0x80004002

I'm using Office Professional XP (SP1 and SP2). I also
reinstalled Office XP (plus SP1 and SP2) ... yet Clip
Organizer still does not work. The clip files are in
their folders, but the software does not work.

Can anyone help me?
