Clip organizer memory error in word XP Windows 2003 Server workst.

Hope someone outthere can help me.
I am running windows 2003 server with terminal services and Office XP.
On the workstations I keep getting a "not enough memory error" when I use
clip organizer (Server as 2Gb memory). M_Dac 2.5 fixes this in Windows 2000
Terminal Server but not in 2003 as Windows 2003 Server has M_Dac 2.8 already
installed.

Please help !
