Clipart Default Program

I loaded some software with a digital camera I bought
about a year ago. I returned the camera a month later and
removed all the software. Since that time, if I try to
insert clip art into a Word Document, a box pops up asking
me to insert the CD with that old digital camera software
on it. It seems to think that clip art is handled by that
software instead of the default software with Word.

I can't reload that software (since the camera is gone).

I have trieed reinstalling Office 97 Pro, but I get the
same error. Is there a registry entry I need to correct?
Any other suggestions?
