Clipart Does not Show thumbnails

I have a client with Office XP. When she trys to insert clipart, the
thumbnails do not show pictures, this is in the task pane view. They only
show an icon of a text page with the name of the clip underneath. She can
preview and she can insert. The full program is installed and it is up to
service pack 3.

Hi Maria,

From your Internet Explorer Browser Tools menu
or Start=>Programs=>Accessories=>System Tools=>Disk Cleanup
see if deleting the temporary internet files on your
computer then restarting Word and the clip gallery helps.
