clipart doesn't come up

I have loaded 22 computers with MS Office 2003 Office Suite. 5 or 6 of the
computers will not pull up any clipart when we go to Insert, ClipArt. It
either freezes completely or just sits there blank. Should I reload Office?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
