clipart problem

I recently installed a licensed version of Office Professional Enterprise
Edition 2003 onto a new PC. My problem is that when I try to insert clipart
into a Word document, selection of most images brings up a message telling me
they're only available from the disk:
a. I can't find any clipart if I explore the office CD
b. Because of the licence arrangement, there is not a CD for every PC anyway
c. I initiated a full installation including add-ons, etc and would have
assumed all clipart would have been copied to my hard drive.

Where am I going wrong? Help appreciated.

Office 2003 has very limited clip art, anyway. The rest is available online
(MS is convinced that all users either have or eventually will have 24/7
Internet access). If you have clip art from previous versions, you can still
use it.
