Clipart Problems

I'm having problems with every new version of Office XP
i'm installing. When you go to insert, picture, clipart
the clipart box appears. But then when you type a subject
to search on the whole pc freezes. have tried installing
sp1 and 2 but has made no difference. Does anybody have
any ideas ?

Have you tried a Detect and Repair on Office?
See if compacting the Media Catalog helps: In Clip Organizer go to Tools |
Click Compact
