Clipart

I want to be able to ungroup a clipart picture and
reinsert it back into clipart. I also want to be able to
save this picture as a bmp or gif file. Is this possible

You can ungroup a vector clipart image such as a WMF file in a drawing
program like Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Serif Drawplus. Then do a
Save As or Export to save the file in a different format.
