cliparts image - can I use in this case?

Hello!

I have the original system (Windows XP) + original software Office 2007
and I have question to you.

Can I use clipart office 2007 images but not in the MS Office (Word +
Excel), but
on web page (written in PHP language)? Or is it illegal?
