Clipboard busy/can't delete or paste

We had a new 2003 server installed with Office 2003 at Xmas, since then we
seem to be having problems with copy/paste and delete. We all use terminal
services to connect to the server (but did before too) and intermittently
Paste and Delete are greyed out and do not work. I have also had a 'clipboard
busy' error recently which has lead me to wonder if it is the clipboard at
fault. It does not seem to be unique to Office apps though, it has failed
trying to copy from IE to Notepad too. We didn't get these problems with our
2000 server/office2k apps - anyone any ideas?

have posted previously on 2003 server newsgroups too but no reply as yet...
one other problem we have intermittenly is email text is also stripped from
our sent messages but this may be a red herring and a seperate problem...

There is a hotfix available from Microsoft. There is a problem with the
clipboard on Terminal Server 2003. Service Pack 1 corrects this problem, but
may cause others..
