Clipboard doesn't show automatically in Word 2003

This is supposed to pop up when I click ctrl+C the first time but it does
not. If I have the "Display when ctrl+c is pressed twice" it does.
Anyone seen this before?

Press Ctrl+F1 to display the task pane, then use the dropdown box to display
the clipboard pane. At the bottom, if you click Options, is Show Office
Clipboard Automatically checked?

I clicked that, yes.

....and Collect without Showing should be unchecked.

Try checking JUST "Show Office Clipboard Automatically". Does it work now.
If not then there might be a corrupted registry entry that's interfering.

Unchecked and it still doesn't work. Only comes up with a double ctrl+c. I
will look into the registry issue. Thanks again!
