I have a user who is having an issue in Excel 2003 Sp2. When she hit ctrl+C
or right clicks and copy, 50% of the time the Office Clipboard days Item not
collected. She can try again and it will copy the item, but then later it
will say item not collected. That is all the message says, nothing about low
disk space and again, she can copy 2 seconds later with no problem.
I opened Word and tried to reproduce the error, but I was able to copy
everytime. I tried a detect and repair, but the issue persisted and I tried
this on more than one Excel doc, including a blank one and they all produced
the same result. Thanks.
