Clipboard items not pasting in any Office app

User has pasted 5 items into the clipboard from Outlook
message text. User wants to be able to paste one of
these items when creating a new message. The clipboard
does not paste in Outlook, nor Word, nor Excel.

Are there any formats that cannot be saved to the
clipboard for pasting?
