Clipboard - mobile phone icon

When I open up a new word doc the clipboard always
contains a small mobile phone icon.

I have to copy an item twice to ensure the small mobile
phone icon is not pasted when I do a Cntr+V

I have only seen two people report this when I searched
google about this problem.
