Clipboard problem

Hi,

I am having a problem with the clipboard in Office 2000.

I have installed Office 2000 on a Windows 2003 terminal
server (Using the appropriate transform file).

There are 2 users who experience the following problem.

Whilst trying to cut, copy or paste any text (usually from
within Excel) the user will be able to copy once or twice
and then receives an error 'Cannot empty clipboard'. Once
this error has occured Cut, Copy and paste stop working in
all applications including non Microsoft apps.

I see there is also a similar post from 'Biketechie'
