Clipboard Workaround

Wow! Seems Like this Auto Text is Just what I've been Looking For!!

Can you tell me whether the preferences folder had two Clipboard-related
files? I'm just trying to figure out how this works. It sounds like the
2004 installer couldn't read the X clipboard file, so created its own, but
*didn't* overwrite the X clipboard file, so presumably the 2004 clipboard
file has a different name?

I was Sure that Office 2004 Had NO <Multi-panel> Clipboard: I haven¹t Seen a
³View Office Clipboard² Menu entry ANYWHERE in Office 2004!!
<Picture Removed: Too Large to Post!!>
(Now that the Office v.X Folder¹s been Trashed again:) This is what the
Clipboard Data Icon Looks like for that v.X Clipboard Data: a Relic from
System 8. I haven¹t SEEN Anything that Might be the Clipboard Data File for
Office 2004 Yet! This File was a Real Booger to get Open ‹ seeing as How
the System seems to think it¹s a .cab file or Something!! Thank You for

Hi Sea Mac,

The "Office Clipboard" was renamed "Scrapbook." You can get to it from
the menus or by clicking the red toolbox button on the standard toolbar
of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
