Our company would like to know if there is a way to clear
the clipboard in Microsoft Office apps without rebooting
pc.

In Office 2000 you can open the Clipboard and press the "clear
clipboard" button. Otherwise you can also go to Start, Run and put
CLIPBRD in the box click OK, and when Clipbook come up clear it there.
