Is there an option to set the clipboard to automatically
clear after the copied item has been pasted to the desired
place? Right now, if I want to repeatedly use the cut and
paste features I must call the clipboard up and manually
clear it to keep copied items from building up on the
clipboard.

Unfortunately, there is no option to automatically clear
the copied items.

Hi Jim,

You didn't mention the version of Office you're
using. You can disable the use of the clip and collect
feature so that it uses a single Windows clipboard
item on the clipboard rather than a cache of items.
The method differs in Office 2000 and higher versions.
