Clipboard is a must for ON I think.
It is many times about copying and pasting.
I would like to keep multiple copies of texts and paste them where
necessary.
Will clipboard be available in the next version?

Sorry, I do not understand you.
ON works with the standard Clipboerad features.
Which additional functionality are you after?

Can you clarify what you mean? Full clipboard functionality is already in
ON. Look under the Edit menu, or use the standard old-as-dirt KB shortcuts
Ctrl-C, Ctrl-X, Ctrl-V.

Furthermore, the Office Clipboard (which was introduced in I think Office
2000 and includes the capability to store up to 24 items and paste some of
all of them into most applications is still there in Office 2007, but not
directly accessible from the OneNote UI. If you turn on the feature in
Word or another Office application, items that you copy will get stacked
onto the Office clipboard and can be pasted to/from OneNote and other
programs.

This is what I am asking. Make the clipboard directly accessible from the ON
UI.

In ON, is there a clipboard?
Why I do not see it?

If there is not a clipboard, then I do not understand why you do not
understand my question.

In ON? No.
But in the *Windows* system as an essential!
If there is not a clipboard, then I do not understand why you do not
understand my question.

After Erik's posting and your reply, I *NOW* see what you are after.

As usual: pls post the suggestion in Connect.
